About your eShop@Sunlight Membership
1. How can I register as a member?

Enter your mobile phone number (must be able to receive SMSs from Hong Kong) and then press ‘Get SMS verification code’ to get a 6-digit verification code; enter the verification code and agree the terms and conditions, privacy policy and disclaimer, and click ‘Join Now’. If you have not received the verification code, please try again in 3 minutes.

2. How can I delete my account?

If you have decided to delete your account, please email promotion@hendersonsunlight.com or submit a written notice to the shopping mall information desk at either Sheung Shui Centre Shopping Arcade or Metro City Plaza One.

3. Can customers claim or participate in rewards and offers on the website?

No, customers must register as a member of eShop@Sunlight to participate in promotional events such as claiming rewards and offers.

About purchasing and using eCoupons
1. Are there any requirements for purchasing coupons?

Every eShop@Sunlight member can purchase eCoupons at a discounted rate. The number of coupons is limited. First come first served, while stocks last.

2. How can I purchase eCoupons?

Step 1: Method 1: select the desired coupons from the website’s homepage or on the ‘All Products’ page (see below first image); or Method 2: enter the relevant merchant’s page, then select the purchase quantity and ‘Add to Shopping Bag’ (see below second image). (Each customer can purchase up to 2 eCoupons from the same merchant per day.)

Step 2: Click the ‘Shopping Bag’ icon in the upper right corner of the page to see the eCoupons that have been added to the shopping bag. Click ‘Checkout now’.


Step 3: Choose your payment method – the website currently accepts credit card (Visa/Mastercard/UnionPay), HSBC PayMe, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK or Octopus card payments. Once your have accepted the website’s terms and condition, then click ‘Submit Order’.

If you want to use a discount promo code, you must enter the relevant promo code before submitting your order. The discount will be deducted from the order total.

*Note: If you do not confirm the order / complete the payment process within the time limit after submitting an order with a one-time promo code applied, you may apply the one-time promo code 3 hours later.


Step 4: After submitting your order, please confirm the order and complete payment within 1 hour (including payments on the third-party transaction platform – see image below).

Step 5: If you choose to pay by credit card in step 3, you will be directed to the page of Stripe, a third-party transaction platform (first image below). You must enter an email address (to receive transaction receipts sent from the third-party transaction platform to customers) as well as a valid credit card number and related information. If you choose to pay using HSBC PayMe (see below second image - Mobile version), please press the ‘Pay with PayMe’ button. The HSBC PayMe mobile application will automatically show related payment information. Press ‘Pay this merchant’ and enter your PayMe transaction code to complete the payment. If you choose to pay with AlipayHK / Wechat Pay HK / Octopus, the payment page of Paydollar, a third-party transaction platform, will be shown (see below third, fourth and fifth images - mobile version). You will then proceed to the relevant platform to complete the payment procedure.


HSBC PayMe web version (shown below): Please open the HSBC PayMe mobile application and scan the PayCode on the eShop@Sunlight webpage. The HSBC PayMe application will automatically show the relevant payment information. AlipayHK / Wechat Pay HK / Octopus web version (second, third and fourth images below): The payment page of Paydollar, a third-party transaction platform, will be shown. You will then proceed to the relevant platform to complete the payment procedure.

Step 6: After successful payment, you will see a 'Thank You' page, indicating the purchase has been successful. The page will show the purchase details (see below). You will also receive a confirmation SMS. Customers may click ‘Return to My Orders’ to check their purchased details. Please note the coupon’s period of validity, the business hours of relevant merchants and coupon usage information.

*Note: In the event of payment problems including transaction timed out, you must start the order process again.

3. How do I use an electronic coupon?

Step 1: To log in to your account, enter the registered mobile phone number (must be able to receive SMS messages sent from Hong Kong) and click ‘Get SMS verification code’. Enter the 6-digit verification code, then press ‘Log in’. 

Step 2: Go to the ‘My Orders’ page. Check the purchased coupon under the ‘Available’ tab. Present the relevant eCoupon page to the shop staff and press ‘Use Now’. 

Step 3: The shop staff will enter the merchant’s password, the total amount spent, and the quantity of coupons used (see below) (a maximum of 2 eCoupons can be used per transaction). Press 'Confirm' and a pop up box will show all redemption details or inserted details. Press 'Confirm' to complete redemption process.
